I spent eighteen years honing my eye for visual composition in the film industry, before dedicating the last thirteen years to residential styling and property staging.

Specialist Sourcing & Personal Selection: We find high-quality furniture, lighting, and textiles tailored specifically to your rooms through our exclusive industry trade network. You will receive a fully itemized selection list with exact dimensions, pricing, and lead times, giving you a curated master list of premium pieces that you cannot find in standard retail stores, ready for the purchasing phase.

The Spatial Integration & Edit

Procurement Management & Logistics

Refurbishing a home requires meticulous logistics, administrative tracking, and ordering oversight. To protect you from a ticking hourly clock, we coordinate the entire ordering and delivery process through our preferred industry network.

Rather than billing for administrative hours, we utilize the trusted Trade-Split Structure that grants you direct financial benefits and absolute peace of mind.

This structure fully covers and protects you through:

Exclusive Preferred Savings: Because you are working with Lido House, you gain access to premium furnishings, textiles, and lighting unavailable in traditional retail. We pass a portion of our exclusive trade discount directly to you, typically saving you 10% to 15% off the standard public retail price.

Procurement & Delivery Management: The remaining balance of the trade discount is retained as a management and handling fee. This completely funds the extensive administrative hours required for placing all orders, managing manufacturer invoicing, and verifying precise technical specifications with suppliers on your behalf.

Complete Risk Mitigation: We assume the logistical burden entirely. Tracking complex shipping timelines, managing freight variables, and inspecting all incoming items are handled by us. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we manage process entirely, saving you weeks of personal administrative headache.

If temporary storage is required, we can arrange it locally and you pay it directly to the provider, ensuring everything arrives at your residence seamlessly on styling day.

White-Glove Installation & Styling Day

This is the milestone moment where our work together fully comes to life. On styling day, we coordinate and manage the entire transformation on your behalf, orchestrating everything from premium transport and precise furniture placement to professional artwork installation and final editorial styling. By bringing together a specialized team of trusted experts, including custom art hangers and master trade assemblers, we handle every moving part with meticulous care. Your only responsibility on this day is to step away from the logistics and let us take complete care of you, allowing our team to absorb the final rush so that you can walk into a flawlessly completed home, take a deep breath, and finally exhale.
