Should you wish to move forward alone from this point, this plan equips you with the exact physical parameters and layout clarity required to execute your transition independently and with total confidence.

Procurement Management & Logistics

Refurbishing a home requires meticulous logistics, administrative tracking, and ordering oversight. To protect you from a ticking hourly clock, I coordinate the entire ordering and delivery process through my preferred industry network.

Rather than billing for administrative hours, I utilize a trusted Trade-Split Structure that grants you direct financial benefits and absolute peace of mind:

Exclusive Preferred Savings: Because you are working with me, I grant you access to premium furnishings, textiles, and lighting unavailable in traditional retail. I pass a portion of my exclusive trade discount directly to you—typically saving you 10% to 15% off the standard public retail price.

Procurement & Delivery Management: The remaining balance of the trade discount is retained as a management and handling fee. This completely funds the extensive administrative hours required for placing all orders, managing manufacturer invoicing, and verifying precise technical specifications with suppliers on your behalf.

Complete Risk Mitigation: I assume the logistical burden entirely. Tracking complex shipping timelines, managing freight variables, and inspecting all incoming items are handled by me. If an item arrives damaged or defective, I manage process entirely, saving you weeks of personal administrative headache.

If temporary storage is required, I can arrange it locally and you pay it directly to the provider, ensuring everything arrives at your residence seamlessly on styling day.

Overseeing professional on-site delivery, precise furniture placement, artwork installation, and final editorial styling. Note: Due to the unique variables of each site, specialized third-party logistics (such as premium transport, custom art hanging, or trade assembly) are coordinated as needed and passed through directly at the provider's standard rate with zero markup by me.
